La Douia is a Piedmontese restaurant in Asti rooted in the culinary tradition of Piedmont: agnolotti del plin with roast sauce, braised Fassona cheek, donkey stew in Barbera d'Asti, our “Cotta Cotta” and the Bonet Bianco Autarchico. Dishes that speak of land, seasons and memory.
